(a) Noncommercial fishing will be permitted, during proper hours and in proper season, at the Municipal Reservoir.
(b) Only residents of the Village and their guests are permitted to exercise the privilege of noncommercial fishing at the Municipal Reservoir.
(c) Individuals fishing in the Municipal Reservoir shall use angle worms or artificial lures as bait. No live bait shall be used.
