1060.12 RULES AND REGULATIONS; FEES.

Council or the Village Administrator shall make such rules and regulations, prescribe such standards and fix such rates and fees for the collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish, newspapers, commingled recyclable materials and yard waste in the Village as are necessary or convenient, after consultation with the collector.
