1060.02   GARBAGE/RUBBISH RECEPTACLES.
   (a)   Household. Garbage and rubbish shall be collected weekly. Each householder in or upon premises in the Village where garbage is accumulated or allowed to be shall be supplied with a 96 gallon or 68 gallon trash receptacle supplied by the Village’s collecting agent. Such receptacle shall be kept available for the exclusive use on such premises, or the part thereof occupied by the householder to hold all garbage accumulated thereon for one week between garbage collections and pending its removal by the collector. Such receptacle shall be placed curb side at the end of the driveway, but not within the limits of a street or other public place. All garbage accumulated upon a householder's premises must be placed in such receptacle by the householder. Recyclable items shall be placed in the receptacle provided by the Village’s collection agent and placed curb side. Yard waste items shall be placed in brown recyclable bags and placed curb side.
   (b)   Commercial establishments. Each commercial establishment occupying a premises shall provide and maintain a container or containers of sufficient size with closely fitting lids to hold all garbage generated and accumulated by said establishment. All such containers shall be emptied as required. In no event shall garbage be permitted to remain on a premises longer than fourteen consecutive days without being removed therefrom. Each commercial establishment shall enter into an agreement with a private collector to remove all garbage generated or accumulated by that establishment at an appropriate frequency, which, in no event shall extend beyond fourteen days.
