1040.07 PAYMENT OF UNPAID UTILITY BILLS BY OWNER OF RENTAL DWELLING.

All owners of rental dwellings receiving utility services from the Village of Grafton shall be responsible for and required to pay the balance of any and all unpaid utility bills due the Village for utility services provided to such rental dwellings. No new utility service will be connected or permitted until any balance referenced above is paid in full.
