1020.05 BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS.

Any applicant granted a permit under this chapter is hereby required to protect any opening made in any public street by sufficient red lights and barriers. Such opening shall be barricaded to protect the public from injury, and the applicant shall be liable for all damages to persons or property resulting from such opening or work.
