1020.04 TIME LIMITS; EXTENSIONS.

The permit required by this chapter shall be acted on by the applicant within twenty-four hours after the issuance thereof, and any work shall be completed within three days. However, the Mayor may grant an extension of such permit. Any such extension shall be endorsed on the back of such permit.
