804.10 GIVING OF PRIZES PROHIBITED.

No person, by himself or herself, by another person or otherwise, directly or indirectly, shall give any prize, award, merchandise, gift or anything of value to any player or operator of any mechanical amusement device or to any contestant for a high score on any such device.
