804.01   DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Amusement device” means any electronic and/or video machine or mechanical device which, upon the insertion or deposit of a coin, slug, token plate or disc, permits a person or operator using such device, whether or not the device registers a score, to secure some amusement, enjoyment, entertainment or relaxation by the use of such machine or device, except mechanically produced music.
   (b)   “Person” means any person who owns an amusement device or in whose place of business any such amusement device is placed for use by the public, or any person having control over any such amusement device.
