§ 151.030 PRE-APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Pre-application conference. Before filing a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall consult with the Planning Commission and/or the Zoning Administrator for advice regarding general requirements affecting the proposed development. A sketch of the proposed subdivision drawn on the topographic survey map showing the relationship of the proposed subdivision to existing community facilities.

   (B)   Notification of requirements. The Planning Commission and/or the Zoning Administrator shall inform the subdivider of the requirements pertaining to the proposed subdivision as the requirements are established by these regulations.

   (C)   Waiver of fees. The pre-application procedure does not require formal application, fee, or filing of plat with the Planning Commission.
