§ 150.040 ADDITIONAL OR SPECIAL INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   In addition to the inspections required in § 150.038, the Building Inspector may make any other inspections of any kind of construction work to ascertain complete compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

   (B)   In addition to the inspections to be made as specified in § 150.038, the owner or his or her agent shall privately employ a qualified inspector during construction of work involving unusual hazards or requiring constant inspection.
