§ 150.002 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in houses hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated, and converted, Chapter 11 of the International Residential Code, 2009 Edition, and all but such chapter of the 2012 Edition of the International Residential Code except section R313 thereof and a printed in the booklet or pamphlet form is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, in addition to all amended editions as though printed in full here in insofar as the code does not conflict with the statutes of the state. Such code shall be deemed the "Housing Code". One copy of the Housing Code is on file at the office of the City Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time. The provisions of the Housing Code that shall be controlling throughout the city and throughout its zoning jurisdiction.
