§ 150.001 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in buildings hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated, and converted, Chapter 13 of the International Building Code, 2009 Edition, and all but such chapter of the 2012 Edition of the International Building Code, recommended by the International Conference of Building Officials, and printed in book or pamphlet form, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference in addition to all amended editions as though printed in full herein, insofar as the code does not conflict with the statutes of the state. Such code shall be deemed the "Building Code". One copy of the Building Code is on file at the office of the City Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time. The provisions of the Building Code shall be controlling throughout the city and throughout its zoning jurisdiction.
