(A) No person shall smoke, or light cigarettes, cigars, pipes or otherwise light tobacco, or use tobacco products, including chewable tobacco, at any time at the following city properties:
(1) All ball fields, whether in the parking areas, bleachers, fields, or public areas contiguous thereto; or
(2) Municipal swimming pool, and all public areas contiguous thereto.
(B) All areas shall be posted with a sign clearly designating that smoking and all tobacco use is prohibited in the area.
