(A) No person shall dump, deposit, or leave any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage or refuse, or other trash in any park or cemetery except in receptacles provided therefore.
(B) No person in a park or cemetery shall violate any of the rules and regulations for the park or cemetery, as proposed by the Parks and Recreation Board and/or Cemetery Board duly adopted by resolution of the City Council. Unless otherwise allowed by the regulation, no motor vehicle shall be allowed in a park or cemetery except on designated roadways. Provided, however, the regulations shall become effective from and after their publication.
