§ 113.05 UTILITIES STANDARDS.
   The Board shall adopt, promulgate, and enforce by rules and regulations standards governing utility systems and sanitary conditions for mobile home parks. The Board shall not adopt or enforce, by rules and regulations, any design, construction, or land-use standards for any mobile home park.
