When any application is received, the Board shall cause the mobile home park and appurtenances thereto to be inspected by representatives of the Board. When the inspection has been made and the Board finds that all of the provisions of this chapter governing mobile home parks and the rules, regulations, and standards of the Board have been met by the applicant, the Board shall issue an annual license. Inspection by the Board or its authorized representatives at any time of a mobile home park is a condition of continued licensure.
