§ 94.31 SALE, EXCHANGE, OR DISPOSAL OF BOOKS.
   The Library Board may authorize the sale, exchange, or disposal of any surplus, damaged, defective, obsolete, or duplicate books in the library. Records shall be kept of any surplus, damaged, defective, obsolete, or duplicate books so disposed.
