§ 94.18 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Parks and Recreation Board shall have the power and authority to enact bylaws, rules, and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof. It may provide suitable penalties for the violation of such bylaws, rules, and regulations subject to the review and supervision of the City Council.
