The Mayor shall have the authority to rent the city swimming pool to organizations and other persons as they may in their discretion see fit, subject to the review of the City Council. The Parks and Recreation Board shall prescribe rules and regulations for the rentals and shall require an appropriate number of qualified lifeguards to be in attendance during the rental period. The fees and other costs shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk and posted in a conspicuous place at the city swimming pool.
