§ 94.04 ABANDONMENT AND FEEDING OF DOMESTICATED AND WILD DUCKS AND GEESE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
      (1)   Abandon any duck, goose or other animal at any park of the city; and
      (2)   Feed any duck or goose, leave or deposit any substance that may be consumed by any duck or goose, whether wild or domestic, in any park of the city.
   (B)   The park superintendent is hereby directed to post signs at least three locations in the Lake Helen Park advising the public that it illegal to abandon or feed ducks and geese.
