§ 94.03 LAKE HELEN RECREATION AREA VESSELS.
   (A)   All vessels used on either lake of the Lake Helen recreation area shall at all times comply with the rules and regulations for vessels set forth in the Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 163, Chapter 3.
   (B)   All vessels used on either lake of the Lake Helen recreation area shall be operated in such a manner as to not produce a wake, as defined in the Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 163, Chapter 3.
