§ 90.043 DEFECATION IN PARK PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, or anyone having custody, control, or supervision of any dog, cat, or other animal, to allow the animal to defecate in or on any park owned by the city, except in designated areas. Any person violating this section shall be fined in an amount as prescribed in § 90.999, and shall be responsible for the cost of clean up.
