§ 70.07 FLASHING RED LIGHTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle through an intersection at which a traffic signal consisting of a flashing red light has been erected, and is operating and visible, without first bringing the vehicle to a complete stop before entering the intersection.
