§ 70.03 ONE-WAY STREETS, TRAFFIC LANES.
   (A)   The City Council may, by resolution, provide for one-way travel in any street or alley located in the city and shall provide for appropriate signs and markings when the streets have been so designated by resolution.

   (B)   The City Council may, by resolution, mark lanes for traffic on street pavements at places as it may deem advisable.
