It shall be unlawful to bring any animal into the town which has, in any jurisdiction:
(A) That has been judicially determined to be vicious, a nuisance, or a threat to the health or safety of human beings; or
(B) That has been judicially removed from any county or municipality for violations of the laws or ordinances which, by their nature, are also in violation of this chapter.
