It shall be unlawful to store (whether open or in containers) any trash, debris, used materials, or commercial goods, or wrecked or neglected materials, equipment, or vehicle of any kind, or parts thereof, that is in a wrecked, junked, dismantled, inoperative, or abandoned condition, in the front yard area of a property (defined as the area between the street frontage line to the main structure on the lot), except for temporary use as needed for construction or disposal.
