(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Failure to correct a violation by the date specified in a notice of violation or failure to comply with a cease and desist order of the provisions of §§ 51.55 through 51.61, and constitutes a Class B misdemeanor, punishable as provided by law. Sections 51.55 through 51.61 may also be enforced by injunction, mandamus, abatement, civil fines, or any other appropriate action in law or equity.
