§ 152.118 LOT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The minimum lot area within an L-l Zone shall be one acre.
   (B)   The minimum size for an L-l zoning designation shall be five acres. Special conditions may be reviewed by the Planning Commission.
   (C)   The minimum frontage for any lot shall be 100 feet of continuous lot frontage along the street line.
