(A) Front yard. All buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 30 feet from the front property line, unless special conditions are approved by the Planning Commission. On a corner lot, the front of the main building shall maintain the required minimum front yard setback. Using side yard setbacks in front yard areas will not be allowed.
(B) Side yard. All buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 20 feet from all side property lines.
(C) Side yard, corner lot. On corner lots, all buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 30 feet from all property lines adjacent to a street.
(D) Rear yard. All buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 35 feet from the rear property line.
