§ 152.077 LOT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The minimum lot area within a CR-1 Zone shall be one-third acre.
   (B)   The minimum size for a CR-1 development shall be five acres. Special conditions may be reviewed by the Planning Commission.
   (C)   The minimum frontage for any lot shall be 60 feet of continuous lot frontage along the street line.
