(A) Front yard. All buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 30 feet from the front property line. On a corner lot, the front of the main dwelling shall maintain the required minimum front yard setback. Using side yard setbacks in front yard areas will not be allowed.
(B) Side yard. All buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 20 feet from all side property lines.
(C) Side yard, corner lot. On corner lots, all buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 30 feet from all property lines adjacent to a street.
(D) Rear yard. All buildings and permanent structures shall be set back at least 35 feet from the rear property line.
(E) Accessory buildings. Accessory buildings shall follow the setbacks set forth above, except that accessory buildings placed at least six feet to the rear of any main building have a minimum side or rear yard setback of one foot from the property line, provided no accessory building shall be located closer than ten feet to a dwelling on an adjacent lot. On corner lots, no accessory buildings shall be located within the required depth of the side yard which is contiguous to the street. Accessory buildings must have adequate facilities for the discharge of all roof drainage onto the lot or parcel of land, and must meet all town fire and building codes.
