§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   Violation of this chapter shall be punishable as a Class C misdemeanor, as defined by state law. Each person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day during which such violation is committed, continued, or permitted.
