§ 31.16 COUNCIL MEMBER.
   The term of office for the designated Town Council member shall be one year beginning on January 1 and terminating December 31 of the same year. In the event the Town Council member shall cease to be a member of the Town Council while he or she is also a member of the Planning Commission, his or her term on the Planning Commission shall also cease, and the Town Council shall select a new Council member to fill the unexpired term.
