(A) All costs for the processing of subdivision proposals and the administration of this chapter shall be borne by the subdivider.
(B) The Town Council may, from time to time, establish by resolution a schedule of fees for that purpose, and provide for the assessment and collection thereof. Such schedule of fees shall be on file in the Town Clerk’s office and open to public inspection during normal office hours.
