§ 151.147 WATER RIGHTS; CONVEYANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   As a condition of approval all subdividers shall convey to the town title to water rights for culinary and irrigation purposes in the amount specified in Utah Administrative Rule § 309-510, or such other standard authorized under authority of that rule for the town for each additional lot shown on the final plat of the subdivision.
