(A) No change shall be made in a plat which has received final approval unless and until approval for said change has been given by both the Planning Commission and Town Council.
(B) Any change in a subdivision for which a final plat has been recorded shall require compliance with the applicable provision of state law and approval by the Planning Commission and Town Council.
(C) Amendments that result in additional or new subdivisions shall require a new plat of the territory to be approved and filed in accordance with the procedures and requirements of this chapter.
