§ 151.140 STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall prepare standards and specifications for the content of subdivision plans and for the layout, design, and construction of subdivisions and required improvements. Said standards and specifications shall be adopted by resolution of the Town Council.
   (B)   All such requirements shall be considered the minimum standards which must be met and shall apply to all subdivisions.
