(A) The Planning Commission shall review the minor subdivision plan, and shall act to:
(1) Approve the plat;
(2) Disapprove the plat if it does not meet the town’s ordinances or standards;
(3) Approve the plat subject to modification; or
(4) Where considered by the Planning Commission to be necessary or desirable, act to table further consideration of the plan.
(B) Approval by the Planning Commission shall be granted upon a finding that:
(1) The minor subdivision plan meets all design and improvement standards; and
(2) The minor subdivision plan conforms to the requirements of this chapter, including all requirements for preliminary plan approval, final plan approval, and minor subdivision plan eligibility.
(C) Upon approval by the Planning Commission, said Commission shall approve and sign the plat, and shall forward the plat to the Town Council with the recommendations that the plat be approved and the proposed dedications accepted.
