All subdivision plans shall recognize and accommodate the irrigation system within the town, including, as necessary, the installation of culverts and pipes, the rerouting of ditches, and the reconstruction of head-gates. All canals, ditches, and other watercourses, which lie within or are contiguous to a proposed subdivision, shall not be interfered with by the subdivider without complying with the requirements of UCA § 73-1-15 (1953, as amended) and the applicable provisions of this chapter.
