§ 151.083 STORM DRAINS AND FACILITIES.
   Pipes and other facilities for the collection and disposal of stormwater shall be installed where required by the town. The location, size, and design of said facilities shall be in accordance with the town’s stormwater disposal plans and standards, or as directed by the Town Engineer.
