§ 151.058 PAVEMENT WIDTH; OTHER IMPROVEMENTS.
   All sheets within and adjacent to the subdivision shall be hard surfaced. The width of the hard surfacing and the location and type of other required street improvements shall be as set forth on the applicable street cross-section standard adopted by the Town Council.
