§ 151.029 FINAL PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICE OF COUNTY RECORDER.
   Upon receipt of the executed final plat and of all outstanding submissions and fees, the town shall submit said plat for recording in the office of the County Recorder, and the Building Inspector may thereafter issue a building permit for the construction of subdivision improvements.
