Upon approval of the preliminary plan by the Planning Commission, the subdivider shall prepare the final plat, final engineering drawings, and documents, and shall submit the same to the Planning Commission. Said plats, drawings, and documents shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 151.042. Review and approval of the final plan shall depend on the schedule of the Planning Commission, and submittal shall not guarantee review during a specific meeting.
