(A) Construction/erection will be subject to inspection by the Town Building Inspector as is required pursuant to the International Building Code.
(B) The Town Building Inspector will work independently with the owner/contractor to establish inspection times and schedules.
(C) Occupancy will not be permitted until satisfactory completion of final inspections and issuance of an occupancy certificate.
