The town has adopted the International Building Code and hereby incorporates the same by reference herein. Any inconsistencies between the provisions of this subchapter and the International Building Code will not dissolve the validity of this subchapter, however, in such an instance, the inconsistencies will be resolved by adhering to the stricter of the disparate provisions or as provided in the International Building Code and state law, whichever shall apply the right of law.
