It is unlawful for any person to camp or remain overnight on any public property or private property except:
(A) In areas specifically designated and set apart for that purpose by the town;
(B) In approved town licensed and developed trailer parks or camp sites and with the express written permission of the property owner;
(C) For a period of time not to exceed six months, the property owner and family may camp on property where a valid building permit has been issued and a home is under construction; or
(D) People may camp in a recreational vehicle or its equivalent for a period of time not to exceed 14 days, with the permission of the property owner and with prior registration with the town.
