§ 110.101 EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to purchases of wholesale precious metals, nor shall it apply to a transaction between dealers of precious metals, where the selling dealer has already complied with the terms of this chapter, including the seven-day holding period.
