§ 33.066 MEMBERSHIP IN STATE FIREFIGHTER’S ASSOCIATION.
   The city shall be a member of the State Firefighter’s Association as required for participation in the Firefighter’s Insurance and Inspection Fund. The city shall pay to the treasurer of the State Firefighter's Association, 5% of the gross proceeds received annually from the 1% tax on fire insurance allocated to the city.
