§ 33.062 COMPENSATION AS FIXED.
   The Fire Chief and other regular Fire Department personnel shall be compensated in accordance with the city pay and Compensation Plan as determined by annual budgetary appropriations. The Volunteer Fire Department members shall be compensated in accordance with the plan established for compensation based on attendance at Fire Department functions, exercises and operations.
