(A) The Volunteer Fire Department members shall be subject to call to duty at any time, day or night, when needed to extinguish fires or any other emergency that may arise. The members shall respond immediately to the place as shall be designated as the central or meeting place, when a fire alarm is given.
(B) At each fire, the Chief will call the roll or make a list of the members present and preserve the same as a record in the Chief’s office.
